We finally took the trailer out after a year of anticipation. Shep was quite the helper when it was time to pop it up and down, he's a mechanically inclined one- that boy is. 
I had to- it just portrayed all too well the joys of having a potty in the trailer. Anney- just be happy I didn't put up the picture where you were indecently exposed!

Shep manifested his obstinate side and refused to wear any of the shirts or jackets that he packed. Which was crazy because it actually got pretty cold. How can one look so cute when acting so head- strong? 
Shep's most anticipated moment- marshmellows and "scary smoke stories." He had us all on the edge of our seats wondering if Red Claw (his favorite Land Before Time character) was gonna make it out alive. It was my favorite moment of the camping trip too. It was as though he had been creating his "scary smoke stories" for awhile waiting for the perfect moment to spin his yarns for an eager audience.
